 For more than 15 years, Advanced Construction Services Inc., has provided construction services to an array of Government contracting agencies.  During this time, we have completed various types of projects spanning many NAICS codes, never losing our focus on safely delivering exceptional quality, under budget and on time.

Advanced Construction Services is an 8(a) graduate, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business & HUBZone certified construction company. We were incorporated on December 4, 2000. We are a General Contractor, specializing in the following fields:

• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Fire suppression
• Fuel tank farm refurbishing
• Tank linings
• Fuel piping and POL distribution
• Tank coatings
• Electrical, concrete, demolition, firestopping, welding, roofing, civil, and general contracting services (framing, electrical, sheetrock, etc.)
• Design build
• Corrective and preventative maintenance
• Environmental services and utility services (underground). 

ACS is based in Norman, Oklahoma where we have an SBA bona-fide office. ACS has performed on several Government contracts in many different geographic regions. As a federal contractor, we understand the differences and nuances between different contracting agencies. We have successfully executed contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Navy/ Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Defense Logistics Agency and the National Aeronautics Space Administration. This experience enables ACS to be very adaptable to the needs of our many customers in contract performance, management, compliance, reporting, safety and progress payment submission. We have performed on a variety of types of contracts, from Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Performance Oriented Contract Agreement (POCA), Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Job Order Contracts (JOC). This experience enables ACS to plan and perform on many different types of contracts in varying geographic areas simultaneously.

Our key personnel are USACE/NAVFAC Contractor Quality Control certified as well as USACE EM-385-1-1, First Aid/CPR/AED and OSHA 30 certified.  We thoroughly understand the three-phases of construction methodology as well as the need for clear and concise quality control management. Our emphasis on providing a quality product, on-time and within budget while demanding a safe work environment has earned ACS outstanding performance reviews as well as multiple Navy STAR Award for safety certificates. Through all of our completed projects we have received zero safety violations, zero lost days and zero work stoppages.

We follow the USACE/ NAVFAC model of Quality Control Management, ensuring optimal management of all our projects.
